Instant messaging app WhatsApp has worked on another similar update after introducing View Once images.
WaBetaInfo reported on Friday that the new update will allow users to send one-time text messages.
WhatsApp is rolling out a new update through the Google Play beta program, bringing it up to version 2.22.25.20. The feature is not ready to be released yet as it is still under development.

The screenshot above shows a new special button next to the chat bar with a lock symbol on it. This means you are sending a view after sending a message to another user.
The app tracking website states that “once the text is viewed, it will disappear from the conversation when the recipient opens it, so it is not possible to read the text again once it has been read”.
As the app is still under development, the layout may change before it is released.
This feature creates an additional layer of privacy for users as text messages will not be forwarded and copied once. The message will be deleted after another user views it.
Presentation sheet
Earlier this week, WaBetaInfo announced that WhatsApp will bring a new presentation sheet for View after Messages in the new update.
Earlier WhatsApp once introduced screenshot protection feature for viewing photos and videos. This feature does not allow taking a screenshot of the image that the user sends once through Photos.
“The presentation sheet for viewing is displayed in the drawing editor once you tap on the view icon inside the drawing editor. If this feature is enabled for your WhatsApp account, WhatsApp will notify you that the received The sender cannot take a screenshot of it.As usual, the statement issued by the WhatsApp tracking website states that once the photo and video are shared, forwarded, copied and saved, it is also not possible.
The new feature is available to some beta testers and will be rolled out to more users in the coming days.
