Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan will stage a dharna at Lahore’s Liberty Chowk on December 18 or 19 to announce the date of dissolution of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) assemblies.
PTI has announced a dharna at Liberty Chowk which will be held on December 18 or 19.
The party chief also decided to announce the date of dissolution of assemblies during the protest.
For this purpose, Imran Khan will also chair the meeting to take the PTI leaders into confidence.
Sources say that the former prime minister may announce separate dates for the dissolution of the Punjab and KP assemblies.
At a party confab on Monday, it was reportedly decided to dissolve the assemblies starting with the Punjab Assembly in a phased manner.
