Condemning India’s role in fueling terrorism in Pakistan, the foreign minister said that terrorist elements in Pakistan are supported by the neighboring country. He said that external elements are trying to create instability in Balochistan.
Bilawal Bhutto said that there is irrefutable evidence of Indian involvement in Lahore’s Johar Town blast. He demanded that elements responsible for terrorism in Pakistan should be brought to justice.

The Foreign Minister said that Pakistan is proud of its achievements in the war against terrorism, as the country has taken concrete steps in the National Action Plan for Counter-Terrorism.
He said that the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) endorsed Pakistan’s measures to curb the financing of terrorism. Bilawal also said that it is wrong to blame terrorism on the Muslim world because terrorism is not related to any religion or region.
He pointed out that since 2001, terrorism has mainly targeted Muslims. In addition, there were incidents of targeting Chinese citizens in Karachi.
Throwing light on the post-flood situation in Pakistan, the Foreign Minister said that some areas of Balochistan and Sindh are still submerged in water. The massive floods badly affected the health, education and infrastructure sectors.

He urged the international community to include the Afghan Transitional Government. Bilawal said that primary education is allowed in Afghanistan but the permission for secondary education is awaited.
