ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday criticized the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for creating turmoil in the country and termed political stability as an important condition for economic prosperity and freeing the people from inflation.
He said that economic stability is essential for loyalty and loyalty to Pakistan.
In a statement issued today ahead of PTI chief Imran Khan’s expected announcement of the dissolution of the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assemblies, the prime minister said it was someone’s wish to push Pakistan into default, but neither. It will happen and neither will they. Let it happen
“Those who laid landmines in the economic foundations of the country are now out to do the same in the political foundations of the country,” the prime minister said in a veiled statement quoted by PTI.
He said that those who had offended the public trust were now bent on dissolving the assemblies, adding that their aim was to create political instability.
He said that only political stability and economic charter can strengthen the national unity of Pakistan.
The Prime Minister vowed to relieve the people from food inflation and employment problems just as he had removed the “false and corrupt government” through the power of the Constitution.
He further said that the political miscreants wanted to create chaos to force the world not to invest in Pakistan, besides hampering the rehabilitation efforts of the flood affected people.
He said that these political scoundrels are not concerned about the plight of the flood-affected population and efforts to save them from winter, hunger and diseases as they are only selfish and interested in their own political interests.
The Prime Minister said that getting rid of the “political unemployed” is necessary to provide employment to the youth.
He said that there is no doubt that economic destruction was brought under an agenda and political instability is a continuation of the same action.
The Prime Minister advised the political opponents to have mercy on the condition of the Pakistani people. He said that the real politics is to get the people out of the scourge of poverty and unemployment.
He further said that during the four-year tenure of the previous government, the people braced themselves for the economic crisis and urged the PTI leaders not to create obstacles in the economic prosperity of the people.
