Former Pakistan head coach Mickey Arthur has accepted Najam Sethi’s offer and will take charge as Pakistan’s head coach in the next few days, sources told JEE News on Monday.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) 14-member management committee chairman Najam Sethi approached the former South African cricketer about his role in the new setup.
According to sources, Mickey Arthur will join the team before the eighth session of the Pakistan Super League.
Arthur coached the national team from 2016 to 2019 during which the Pakistan team won the Champions Trophy.

Meanwhile, speaking to the media ahead of the first Test against New Zealand on Sunday, captain Babar Azam said he is concentrating on his game.
