Shah Rukh Khan finally revealed why he chose an action-packed film like Pathan after all the romantic films.

But Pathan is a completely different kind of movie which is full of action, blood, thriller, suspense. He explained the reason for choosing this film. “Ever since I entered the film industry, I have always wanted to do an action film. When we (producers Aditya Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan) started working, he wrote an action film for me. I never thought I would do romance or social drama. But one day, he came to me and said, ‘Can we drop this idea, Shah Rukh? I have to do a love story.”
“That was years ago. So, this time when they said Pathan, it was Covid and a little bit of shooting was allowed. I quickly jumped on it and told my team, ‘Let’s do it before it’s cancelled. .’ So, I worked and built a body. But they didn’t want any of that. They told me, ‘You just act cool. You’re easy,'” added SRK.
With Pathan, Shah Rukh Khan will return to the silver screen after four years. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film also stars superstar Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, reports JEE News.
