Comedian Raju Srivastava passed away due to a heart attack. His daughter Antara recalls the last conversation with her father.
He remembered that he thought it was his uncle who had a heart attack instead of his father. She said, “Life never tells you it’s going to be the last time. He was out of town for the last 10 days. A day after my birthday, he shot for Laughter Champion. celebrated his birthday and he celebrated his birthday. He told all kinds of jokes there. A few days later he left for abroad. He often went for walks.”
He added, “I thought my chacho (uncle) had suffered a heart attack on August 10, 2022, when my mother informed me. I thought there was something wrong. My chacho’s name is Kaju and In fact, when my father had a heart attack, he was very much admitted to AIIMS, Delhi (due to fluid accumulation on the brain). In fact, my father had also made extensive arrangements for his stay. On the same day, he was going to have an operation. And, my father kept going in and out of the hospital, taking care of him—and I thought the news of my father’s heart attack was a rumour.”
