ISLAMABAD: Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC) has launched a portal to facilitate students to verify their academic forms online.
Education Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain, who was the chief guest on the occasion, said that education boards equipped with modern facilities are indispensable for development.
Development and stability is not possible without revolution and innovation in the education system of the country, he said this while addressing the inauguration ceremony of “Student Facilitation Center” and “Online Attestation Portal” equipped with modern facilities at the IBCC Secretariat in Islamabad. said while doing
The minister said that online innovation has become indispensable to compete with the international education system.
Verification Portal
The facility center is equipped with modern facilities and will be a “landmark” for solving the problems of the students.
With the opening of the online verification portal, students need not visit the IBCC office.
Also, the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has installed a self-service machine at the IBCC facility.
FBISE students no longer need to go to the board to get their documents verified and sealed envelopes. They can also pay their fees and prepare applications through the machine.
On this occasion, Secretary IBCC Dr. Ghulam Ali Mulla said that educated youth will lead Pakistan on the path of development because most of the country’s population is young and they have the right to be educated.
He added that IBCC is working hard to resolve student issues and bring automotive reforms within the organization.
The secretary said that after the initiative of QR-based verification and equivalent certificate, students will no longer need to visit IBCC for verification purposes.
IBCC is also rolling out a digital payment module across its system to avoid students standing in long queues and ensure payment of their fees through mobile banking etc.
