Pakistani singer Goher Mumtaz seems really impressed with Kafi Khalil’s latest hit track Kahani Suno as he has penned a special appreciation note for the song and the singer.
According to Goher, the globally recognized song Kahani Suno is the only song that has come close to the popularity of Habit in the last 20 years.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Jill Member wrote: “I have to admit that any song that can ever come close to the popularity of Habit in the last 20 years is … #ehanisuno. Simple lyrics, simple guitar and Sung straight from the heart….@kaifikhalilmusic.
Kefi’s popular song was originally released in 2021 and is still one of the most popular tracks in 2023. The song has also charted on YouTube’s Global Music Video chart.
Kahani Suno has gained global recognition, especially in India, where many actors have been sharing videos of themselves grooving to Khalil’s song. For example: Ayushmann Khurrana shared the song on his Instagram story.
Meanwhile, the song Habit, an original song by Jill Band was released in 2004. The song featured Goher, Farhan Saeed and Atif Aslam. This song gained a lot of popularity then. More than 20 years on, Habit still has a distinct fan base around the world.
