ISLAMABAD / ABU DHABI: President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan called on Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir at Qasr Al Shati Palace, Abu Dhabi.
According to an official statement issued by the UAE Embassy in Pakistan on Twitter on Saturday, the two leaders discussed ways to advance bilateral cooperation and joint work between the two countries.
“H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE received the Chief of Army Staff of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan General Asim Munir at Qasr Al Shati Palace, Abu Dhabi, and discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and joint work between the two countries. ” the embassy said in a statement.

The UAE Embassy in Pakistan also released a photo of the meeting between the two leaders in which they can be seen talking to each other.
