Cremonas stunned Roma to their first Serie A win this season and the Welsh side remain Europe’s only top-flight side aside from Airbus UK to win in 2022-23.
The hosts ended a joint Serie A record run of 30 games without a win in 1995–96, their last season in the top flight.
Daniele Cioffani scored a late penalty to win the game for Cremona, who climbed from the bottom of the table.
Frank Tsadjout gave them the lead before Leonardo Spinazzola equalised.
Roma, who also lost to Cremona in the Coppa Italia this season, sent off coach Jose Mourinho early in the second half.
Airbus UK Broughton are now the only team without a win in Europe’s top divisions, except for the summer leagues which are just getting started.
The Cymru Premier side are on -2 points, having drawn just one of their 25 games after being deducted points for fielding an ineligible player.
