During the hearing, PTI chief Intizar Haider Panjotha’s lawyer said that it is not safe for the 71-year-old politician to come to Islamabad amid security threats against him, adding that he has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court. Earlier, the sessions court had rejected the PTI chief’s request saying that if Imran does not appear in the court today, a non-bailable arrest warrant will be issued against him.
Fazil Judge said that if Imran Khan does not appear during the court hours today, he will issue a non-bailable arrest warrant.
