KARACHI: A cluster of Aga Khan University staff and students have tested positive for COVID-19, the university said in an internal memo seen by JEE News on Wednesday.

“Over the past few days, a cluster of staff and students have tested positive for COVID-19. Fortunately, all of these individuals have mild symptoms, similar to seasonal flu, and none have required admission. ” he said.

In its memo, the university has insisted on masks being worn by everyone in all outpatient facilities, including radiology and laboratory services. mandatory masking for all health care workers in inpatient facilities; Mandatory masking in all areas if anyone has flu symptoms and urged to report immediately to their employee/student health department for COVID-19 testing.

Meanwhile, the National Institute of Health (NIH) Pakistan – under the National Command and Operation Center in its latest data update on the coronavirus – reported 129 positive cases in the country with a positive rate of 2.98 percent. Recorded.
