PM say in Pakistan Day message that main reason for economic instability is political chaos.

On the occasion of the 83rd Pakistan Day, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the main reason for the economic instability of the country is “political chaos”.

“This day serves as a reminder to take stock of our successes and failures as a nation,” President Alavi said.

Pakistan Day celebrations 

The nation is celebrating the 83rd Pakistan Day today (March 23) with great enthusiasm, various events will be organized across the country.

This day is celebrated in memory of the historic Lahore Resolution passed on March 23, 1940, under which the Muslims of the subcontinent set the agenda for a separate homeland for themselves.

The day began with a 31-gun salute in the federal capital and 21 in the provincial capitals. Later, a contingent of Pakistan Air Force took command of Allama Iqbal’s mausoleum in a solemn ceremony of changing of the guards.

While Sindh Governor Kamran Tesuri and Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah visited Mazar-e-Quaid in Karachi to pay homage to the father of the nation.

After the Fajr prayer in the mosques, special prayers were also offered for the development and prosperity of the country.

However, the day’s main show, the Combined Armed Forces Parade, which was being held on a limited scale this year due to austerity measures, has been canceled due to bad weather.

According to the President’s office, the parade will now take place on March 25.
