Manoj Bajpayee admitted in a recent interview that he had a very short temper.
He said: “Yes, I have a short temper. The kind of background I grew up in, I was the eldest son. With 5-6 siblings, I was the youngest. As the eldest son, it makes you just like the father, regardless of the fact that the eldest son is 12 years old, he has to shoulder the burden of responsibilities, whether he realizes these responsibilities or not. If done, he can observe and has the maturity to achieve that introspection. So anger used to be a very strong emotion of mine. It has diminished a lot over the last few years.”
The Gulmohar actor also opened up about his period of struggle: “When I went to Mumbai, I didn’t go there to be a villain, I wanted a good and respectable role in the project in which I did my work. Can do shows. Before that did theater for 10 years in Delhi. And when you come to Mumbai and start knocking on the doorsteps of producers and directors, no one asks you what you’ve done or what you’ve done. How long has the theater been?”
Manoj Bajpayee was last seen in Gul Mohar opposite Sharmila Tagore. Currently, he is working on the third season of his hit show The Family Man, reports JEE News.
