The petitioner requested the court to restore the Assemblies of Punjab and KP. And if it is necessary to hold elections in both provinces, then the court should order Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to deposit all the expenses of the elections in advance so that public money is not spent on this election activity.
He further said that the ECP should be stopped from conducting the elections of these two assemblies until the petition is disposed of immediately.
