ISLAMABAD: The ruling party Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) will fight the upcoming general elections independently without being included in any electoral alliance and the elections will be held strictly according to the constitution after the completion of the term of the National Assembly.

PMLN will start its nationwide election campaign from May 28 on the occasion of Takbeer Day, when PMLN leader and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will detonate six nuclear devices against India’s five nuclear weapons on that day. were gone

Nawaz Sharif praised the unity of the ruling parties for maintaining the supremacy of the Parliament and urged the Prime Minister to stick to the policy and not allow any compromise on this issue. He has asked to hold elections under caretaker governments in the country on the same day.

Nawaz Sharif appreciated the approach of the ruling coalition on the question of contesting elections in any province before the general elections. He termed it against the spirit of the Constitution which ensures free and fair elections.

Reliable political sources told JEE News here on Saturday that the two leaders had a detailed discussion on the country’s economic and political situation, especially price hike and judicial matters. Sources say that Prime Minister Shehbaz, who is also the president of PMLN, will preside over a high-level meeting of the party tomorrow in which all the important personalities including the party’s chief organizer and senior vice president Maryam Nawaz Sharif will attend. He will take the party leadership into confidence after talking to Nawaz Sharif.

Sources say that Nawaz Sharif has asked Shahbaz Sharif to keep him informed about the party’s activities in the context of the preparations for the elections. He said that relief should be provided to the people and the prices of petrol and diesel should be reduced.

Sources say that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif informed the party leader about the legislation in the Parliament. He said that the ministers should increase their communication with workers and people.

Sources say that the two Sharifs also discussed the plan of Nawaz Sharif’s return to the country, according to which Shahbaz Sharif will discuss this topic with the party leadership. Sources further said that Shahbaz Sharif is leaving for home from London today (Sunday).
