Amitabh Bachchan and Anushka Sharma Riding Separate Bikes Without Helmets, Mumbai Police Reaction
On May 15, Amitabh shared a picture of him and a random man giving him a lift on his bike in the middle of a traffic jam.
He wrote: “Thank you for the ride buddy.. don’t know you.. but you obliged and got me to work on time.. fast and to avoid intractable traffic jams.. your Cap, shorts and thank you yellow t-shirt owner.”
Meanwhile, Anushka was also seen riding a bike with one of her bodyguards to avoid the roadblock. The picture and video went viral on the internet.
While some praised the two stars for their down-to-earth personalities, there were others who pointed out that both Amitabh and Anushka were riding bikes without helmets.
Netizens came forward to tag Mumbai Police on the posts. Social media users wrote on the Sholay actor’s post: “Both rider and rider helmets missing. @MumbaiPolice please take note!”

The Mumbai police immediately responded and said: “We have shared it with the traffic branch.”
Meanwhile, when the PK actor’s video surfaced online, netizens once again reminded the police that the actor was not wearing a helmet. Mumbai Police once again reacted by saying that they have informed the traffic branch about it.
