19 soldiers injured in DI Khan blast

Dera Ismail Khan: A convoy of security forces was hit by a remote-controlled bomb in Budhpatan on Dera Tank Road on Saturday, injuring 19 personnel. Sources said that the convoy of security forces was going from Dera Ismail Khan to Asman Manza area of South Waziristan tribal district when it was hit by a remote control bomb in Budh Patan area on Dera Tank Road. As a result, 19 soldiers were injured in the blast. The condition of two of the injured soldiers is said to be critical, and they were later shifted to the Combined Military Hospital for treatment. Immediately after the incident, the security forces reached the spot and surrounded the area and started a search operation to arrest the accused.
