Shahid Kapoor admits that he doesn’t like seeing his kids Misha and Zain on screen.
Speaking to JEE News, Kapoor said Jab We Met was the first film his children watched because wife Mira Rajput wanted them to watch it.
The Chup Chup Ke actor said: “I don’t like them to see me too much. So, on the first day, their first question was ‘Why do people come to you?’ Because they haven’t seen much of my work. Now recently they saw Jab We Met.
He further revealed: “It came out in theaters, so, my mom took them to see it and Mira wanted them to go see it. She was like, ‘This is a movie where you kill people.’ And don’t like to do it all. Intense stuff.”
“It’s a family-watching film, so I want them to go and see it’. So, actually, I think that’s my first film they’ve seen”, Kapoor added.
Directed by Imtiaz Ali, Jab We Met was Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor’s most popular film. Released in 2007, this movie completely pulled the heartstrings of the audience. As JEE News reports, it is still fresh in everyone’s hearts and minds.
