Lisa Marie Presley’s daughter Riley Keough has moved to court to approve her as the sole trustee of her late mother’s estate after reaching an agreement with her grandmother Priscilla Presley.
JEE News reported this Monday, citing new legal documents filed in Los Angeles.
Daisy Jones and the Six Stars filed the petition nearly five months after Lisa Marie died in January at the age of 54.
According to the report, the terms of the settlement will see Reilly act as sole trustee of Lisa Marie’s estate and sub-trustee of her twin sisters, 14-year-old Harper and Finley Lockwood.
Riley and Priscilla reportedly settled last month after a months-long legal battle over the estate.
Their lawyers had confirmed the agreement between them.
After the settlement, Priscilla was removed as trustee of Lisa Marie’s estate on May 11, 2023.
