LONDON: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Maryam Aurangzeb was mobbed by overseas Pakistanis in central London when she arrived at a coffee shop, JEE News reported.
A video has surfaced on social media showing a group of overseas Pakistanis crowding Maryam Aurangzeb in central London.
Citizens living abroad criticized the Information Minister for paying for foreign tours amid the devastation of floods across Pakistan.
Sad to see the toxic impact IK’s politics of hate & divisiveness has had on our brothers & sisters. I stayed & answered each & every question they had. Sadly, they are victims of IK’s propaganda. We will continue our work to counter IK’s toxic politics & bring people together https://t.co/KEgOPa5Y3p

This shows that Aurangzeb did not react to the protests of citizens abroad and kept himself busy on his mobile phone.
In early July, a group of citizens shouted slogans at Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal at a popular food outlet in Bahra tehsil of Punjab’s Sargodha district.
It showed a group of citizens – including women and children – chanting “Chur chor [thief]” after seeing the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader at a food outlet.
