Tom Cruise can do anything for his new movie, even a spacewalk.
According to Metro, the Mission Impossible star is expected to go on a spacewalk and some off-world stunts for his next film.
Universal’s chairwoman Dame Donna Langley told the BBC, “We have a huge project in development with Tom that involves taking a rocket to the space station.
And hopefully they will become the first citizens to spacewalk outside the International Space Station.”
He also teased some details about Cruise’s role in the secretive upcoming project, saying, “He will play a man down on his luck who finds himself in the position of being the only person who can save Earth.”
Elon Musk’s SpaceX and NASA will collaborate to make the project a reality for the studio.
