‘Hiding Inside a Drain’

FIA’s Khan revealed during the press conference that the agency first introduced itself while raiding Swati’s house and the senator was called out by his servant.

“The servant told that Azam Swati was not at home. When the agency entered Azam Swati’s house, he was found hiding inside a drain and lying on a mattress,” Khan said, adding that F The IA personnel waited outside Swati’s house for 40 minutes. .

Referring to his presser today, the home minister said, “His nonsense does not even come within the ambit of the constitution and ethics. He neither cares about his honor nor that of others,” he said.

Sanaullah maintained that Swati “insulted two institutions” in her tweet, adding that the PTI leadership was “only making allegations and spreading [misinformation] against state institutions.”

Talking about PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s allegations of torturing and stripping her party members including Swati and Shehbaz Gul, Sanaullah said that she does not understand why Imran Khan repeats the same narrative.

Imran Khan adopted an anti-national agenda and incited propaganda. He wants to lead the country to chaos and anarchy. Their propaganda will be countered at all levels,” the minister said, adding that Khan considers him an obstacle even though he has not done anything to him.

He added that the PTI chief tried to threaten the government and made repeated speeches but when all the tactics failed, he finally resorted to a long march.

“Imran Khan wants to threaten [government and institutions], but he has failed in this regard,” he said.

Sanaullah said that if the promises made by Khan sahib to the Supreme Court are true, then PTI has the right to make a long march. “Everyone has a right to protest, but the red zone is our red line.”
