Microsoft is rolling out iCloud Photos integration with the native Photos app on Windows 11, after announcing last month.
To take advantage of this feature, users will need to update their app through the Microsoft Store and install iCloud for Windows.
Windows 11 users can enable Photo Library syncing, and access all photos and videos stored in iCloud through the native Windows Photos app, Reported.
“This iCloud Photos integration will make it easier for people who own an iPhone to have direct access to all their favorite memories in one organized place and This is another step in our continued efforts to streamline experiences on Windows 11
This is an important milestone for users who own Apple devices and Windows PCs, as the two companies are working together to add more integrations for users. Most recently, Windows and Apple confirmed the release of Apple Music and Apple TV apps integration with Windows 11. Previously, users had to use a web browser to access Apple TV or Apple Music.
