Chief Justice’s Consultation on Judicial Commission Enters Final Stage

ISLAMABAD: The consultation between Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Atta Bandial and other judges of the Supreme Court to form a judicial commission to investigate the assassination of PTI chief Imran Khan and senior journalist Arshad Sharif is in the final stage. I have entered.

After Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif insisted on setting up a judicial commission to investigate the attack on Imran Khan and Arshad Sharif’s murder, Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial began consulting with other fellow judges.

Sources say that the Chief Justice has completed consultation with all the judges present in Islamabad.

Justice Faiz Isa and Justice Ayesha Malik will be consulted on Monday as they are currently out of the country and will return on Sunday and hear the cases again on Monday.
