Farewell visit: Army Chief’s visit to Pakistan Military Academy in Kakul

Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Tuesday asked the cadets to focus their energies on doing their best and honing their skills.

He said this while visiting Pakistan Military Academy in Kakul and Baloch Regimental Center in Abbottabad.

A statement issued by the media wing of the army, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), said that the army chief paid a farewell visit to the academy.

During his visit to PMA, he appreciated the exceptionally high standards of Pakistan Army’s premier training institution and its efforts to groom the future leaders of the Army.

He also appreciated the vision of the academy to promote high standards.

They placed floral wreaths on the memorial martyrs at both the places.

COS General Bajwa also interacted with serving and retired officers during the visit.

Earlier, Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Azhar Abbas welcomed General Bajwa on his arrival at Baloch Regimental Centre.

He was received at PMA by Corps Commander Rawalpindi Lt. Gen. Sahir Shamshad Mirza.
