KARACHI/Islamabad: Despite Fawad Chaudhry’s claim that Imran Khan, chairperson of Pakistan Tehreek-Anaf (PTI), does not want to meet with the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Asim Munir, Anchor Person Shah Zeb Khanzada said that it was reported in reference to the former Prime Minister that a message was really sent to the Army Chief but the request was rejected.
General Asim met businessmen on Monday night that PTI chief Imran Khan sent him a message for the meeting.
Anchor quoted unknown sources as saying that General Asim told the PTI chief that it was not his job to meet politicians as Army Chief.
