At least 10 people were killed and 27 injured in a collision between a tractor and a truck on the border of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan on Monday.
Aid workers say that six men and four women are among the dead.
A family of nomads was moving on their tractor trolley for the winter near Dana Sar in Shirani area on the border of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, officials said.
Suddenly, a truck loaded with dates suddenly lost all brakes and the driver lost control of the wheels of the vehicle and rammed into the tractor trolley.
After the incident, the bodies and the injured were shifted to the nearby hospital while the seriously injured were shifted to the district headquarters hospital of Dera Ismail Khan.
President Arif Alvi also condoled the deceased and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
