KARACHI: State-owned Pakistan State Oil (PSO) has uncovered corruption and financial irregularities worth billions, ARY News reported on Wednesday.
The Corporate Crime Circle of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has registered a case against alleged corruption and financial irregularities in Pakistan State Oil (PSO).
In the PSO corruption case, a case was registered against former general managers, former directors and other senior officers.
According to the FIA, illegal recruitment was done on contract in 2002 and 2017.
FIA officials said that several persons were recruited on contract without issuing tender as per rules.
