Ending inflation will be the first priority after winning the election: Nawaz Sharif

Dubai: A delegation of PML-NUAE chapter met the leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Sunday. Nawaz told the delegation that the first priority of his party would be to control the problem of inflation in the country after winning the upcoming elections.

He expressed confidence in PMLN’s ability to overcome the difficult situation. He hoped that Pakistan’s democratic political parties would come together to form a new government after the elections with the aim of bringing economic prosperity to the country.

He paid great tribute to the zeal and enthusiasm of party workers who bravely faced hardships over the years.

The delegation included PML-NUAE President Ghulam Mustafa, MNA and PML-N Gulf President Ehsanul Haque Bajwa, Nawaz Sharif’s longtime associate in the Middle East, senior party leader Iftikhar Butt, General Secretary PML. NUAE Raja Abubakar Effendi, Chairman PML NUAE Mohammad Ghos were present. Qadri, Senior Vice President Abdul Ghaffar, Senior Vice President Abdul Waheed Pal, Former Member Punjab Assembly Azad Ali Tabasim, Vice President Raja Khalid and Vice President PMLN Faisal Altaf.

Nawaz Sharif congratulated PMLN leaders on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Azha. Maryam Nawaz, senior vice president of PMLN and chief organizer of the party, was also present in the meeting. Earlier, she had held detailed meetings with the PMLN UAE delegation in Dubai a few months ago.

Nawaz Sharif was apprised of the high morale of the party workers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and other Gulf countries. He acknowledged the important role of the overseas Pakistani community in strengthening the country’s economy through their valuable foreign exchange. He assured the delegation that the PMLN government would soon overcome the problems of Pakistan.

Leaders of Muslim League-N in the Gulf inquired about Nawaz Sharif’s well-being. The members of the delegation expressed their determination to participate in the upcoming elections and promised to support former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. He expressed his best wishes and expressed confidence in Maryam Nawaz’s abilities while acknowledging her leadership qualities.

The delegation assured the PMLN leadership that they are ready to actively participate in the election process and mobilize the people for the elections. He expressed his desire to see Nawaz Sharif become the prime minister for the fourth time, which is a sign of great respect for his leadership.

Meanwhile, Nawaz Sharif extended his stay in Dubai by one more week. Last week, a legal committee was formed to clear the way for Nawaz Sharif’s return home. The committee is chaired by Prime Minister Nazir Tarar and special assistant to the prime minister Ataullah Tarar, Irfan Qadir, Amjad Parvez and other lawyers are its members.

The committee will make every possible effort to remove all legal obstacles preventing Nawaz Sharif’s return home.

Meanwhile, according to party sources, Nawaz Sharif’s two-week visit to Dubai is coming to an end soon. He had a very busy time in Dubai and is expected to return to London on July 4 and Maryam Nawaz will return to Lahore.

However, some party leaders said that Nawaz Sharif will go to Jeddah to perform Umrah on Tuesday.

Sources close to the PMLN leadership said that during various political and economic meetings in Dubai, Nawaz Sharif expressed his desire that the general elections should be held on time in the country and PMLN is fully prepared for it.

During Nawaz Sharif’s visit to Dubai, some extraordinary meetings were held to improve the economic system of the country as sources claim that a comprehensive plan was drawn up to bring the country out of the economic crisis.

The party leadership said that Nawaz Sharif will return to Pakistan as soon as the election date is announced.
