Actor Feroze Khan’s lawyer has claimed that the evidence provided by Aliza Sultan in the court is fraudulent.
Feroze Khan and Aliza Sultan’s break-up gained attention on social media after the latter released her medico-legal report and a copy of the FIR registered against the actor with pictures of the abuse.
However, Khan denied the allegation and filed a case against his ex-wife for submitting “fake documents”.
The actor’s lawyer claimed that Sultan had misled the court by filing a false FIR which has no legal significance.
He said Sultan accepted that the domestic abuse complaint against Khan was never submitted to the police station, and that it was a draft.
Aliza Sultan’s brother Ahsan Raza, on the other hand, expressed dismay that Khan’s legal team dismissed the abuse photos as a fraud.
Raza said, “Lawyers are saying that the pictures are of eye allergy, well the eye does not swell in eye allergy, they are also not talking about the forensics of the pictures.”
He added that there are many photographs of Aliza which are with him as evidence.
