French Police Woman Calls to Arrest her after being Spotted on TV

A millionaire dental specialist and his father have been jailed in France for carrying out thousands of pointless strategies – but they are not approximately to create headlines.

Instead, the internet’s attention is focused on policewoman Lionel Goodge and dad Carnot taking him to court and his Kim Kardashian-like backside.

‘We need to get to the bottom of this’, quipped one commenter, while another wrote he had ‘back up for days’ – amid plenty of jokes about ‘police botality’.

Others considered turning to crime in order to meet her, with one writing: ‘Someone if you don’t mind grant me the title of this area, I need to be arrested.’

A few indeed started to question whether the officer was real, or had in fact been photoshopped to get attention. But internet sleuths rapidly found video of her strolling the Guedjs into court and affirmed she is honest to goodness.

‘Does anyone know this,’ asked user rafael6969 on Reddit. ‘I’m still watching,’ was the reply.

Once inside the courtroom, Goodge, 41, was jailed for eight years in Marseilles for performing unnecessary procedures on thousands of poor patients.

Seeing 70 patients a day from 2006 to 2012, he hastily performed root canal treatments on patients who came in for fillings.

He would then claim a refund through social security, earning hundreds of thousands of pounds each year.

At the height of his debauchery, he was Europe’s highest-paid dentist – taking home £2.9 million in 2010.

The court heard he owned a Ferrari, a £700,000 yacht and Warhol paintings.

He also amassed a property empire with three flats in Paris, two in the Alps and an entire block in Perpignan in the south of France.

Meanwhile, many of his patients developed serious problems including chronic pain and tooth loss due to his malpractice.

‘I had lost half my teeth by the time I was 45, and at 55 I had none, just implants,’ said Ovsila, who declined to give her full name ahead of the decision.

The court found him guilty of mutilating more than 300 patients, killing the nerves inside about 4,000 teeth in the process.

Father Cornot, also a dentist who worked for his son, was jailed for five years.

Lionel and Carnot had denied the charge of mutilation, but suggested they would admit the lesser charge of involuntary wounding.

Lionel told the court that he did not set out to harm his patients.
