Tik Toker Hareem Shah is returning to Pakistan on October 3 but fears that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) may arrest her on arrival.
On Thursday, the Sindh High Court heard his petition in which the court was requested to stop the FIA ​​from arresting him.
Hareem’s lawyer said she wants to surrender before the FIA ​​as she is returning home on October 3, requesting the court to restrain law enforcement agencies from arresting her.
The court asked whether a case has been registered against Hareem. FIA has called for an inquiry, a case has not been registered yet, Hareem’s lawyer replied.
The court said that if the case is not registered, how can the court stop the FIA ​​from arresting him.

The court said that Hareem misused the first order of the Sindh High Court.
Justice KK Agha said the court had stopped the FIA ​​from arresting him on arrival but he blew his chance.

“We cannot stop the FIA ​​from investigating,” the court said.
After Shah’s lawyer withdrew the plea, the court dismissed the plea.
The court said that if she wants, she can reach Pakistan and approach the court.
