On Sunday, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) killed 5 terrorists of the banned organization in Mastung district of Balochistan.

The security agencies conducted a raid in Spalanji area of ​​Mastung after which a fierce exchange of fire took place between the two which lasted for about five hours.
The terrorists also used hand grenades injuring three security personnel who were shifted to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH).
The dead bodies of the terrorists were shifted to the local hospital where their identification process is going on.
Security agencies have also recovered a huge amount of arms and ammunition from the possession of the slain terrorists.
The CTD spokesman said the terrorists were involved in attacks on civilians and government facilities and planned to target security forces and pilgrims.
Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Qudous Bizenjo also appreciated the efforts of the security forces on the operation and expressed determination to eradicate the terrorists.
