Bhumika Chawla revealed that she was invited on The Kapil Sharma Show to promote the film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
The actress was recently called by RJ Siddharth Kannan for an interview. During the conversation, he shared that he had no idea when the episode was shot.
“I said ‘I didn’t know when he was shot’. But, they must have had some strategy. I felt bad for a second then I thought that Venkatesh (Dagubati) sir was not there. . We are a couple in the film. I did my calculations. Since he wasn’t invited, what would I say alone [in the show]? All three couples were invited, they are young, and their equation is different. So, I said ‘OK’.
Meanwhile, Bhumika has also been absent from other promotional events. Therefore, he was asked not to engage in activities. She added: “My ego is so big that I don’t go around and ask people.”
Chawla, who shot to fame with Satish Kaushik’s Tere Naam, also revealed that when he was offered V-Meet, JEE News reported.
“Bobby Deol and I were to star in it. It was called ‘Train’ then. The production changed and Ashtavanyak took over. Then Shahid and I were cast, then Shahid and Ayesha and then Shahid and Kareena. That’s how things happened. But that’s OK. I move on from things like that very quickly.”
Bhumika Chawla was also offered MBBS by Rajkumar Hirani’s Manna Bhai.
