In a shocking incident, a man in Karachi set his 12-year-old son on fire for not doing his homework.
This incident took place on September 14 in Orangi Town area of ​​Karachi.
The 12-year-old victim was hospitalized for two days but succumbed to his injuries.
The police have arrested the accused Nazir Khan.
In her statement to the police, the victim’s mother said that her deceased child was not doing his homework. This angered the father and he threw paint thinner on the child and set him on fire.
The mother said that she was scared of her husband after the incident, so she did not report it to the police.
Police say that the accused was unemployed due to which he became unconscious.
