Kareena Kapoor Khan’s fans were in for a treat on Friday morning as the first look of her first OTT film “Jaane Jaane” was released.
Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, this murder mystery film stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vijay Verma and Jaideep Ahlawat. Notably, ‘Jaane Jaan’ is slated to release exclusively on Netflix on September 21, Kareena’s birthday.
Sneak Peek captures Sujoy Ghosh’s signature crime thriller direction, presenting Kareena Kapoor Khan in a new and exciting way. In the video, Kareena interestingly sings Helen’s famous song “Aaa Jaane Jaan” in a mysterious voice. The visuals feature Vijay Varma and Jaydeep Ahlawat, adding to the mysterious atmosphere of the film.

“Jaane Jaan” is set in Kalimpong and serves as an official adaptation of Keigo Higashino’s best-selling novel “Department of Suspect X.” Sujoy Ghosh, the director, expressed his passion for the source material, saying, “From the day I read ‘Devotion of Suspect X’, I wanted to make it into a film. It was the most amazing love story.” I have ever read. He thanked Kareena, Jaydeep and Vijay for bringing the story to life on screen and hoped that the audience will love it as much as the team does.
