Kartik Aaryan’s latest release Shehzada failed to attract audiences at the box office. The film will be removed from theaters soon.
The film was released in theaters on February 17. Since then it has been struggling to earn well at the box office. On the first day of its release, Shehzada collected only Rs 7 crore.
After the second week of release, the film’s collection saw a drastic drop. On 2 March, trade reports came out showing the film’s 14th day collection to be just Rs 27 crore. Currently Shehzada’s total collection is INR 30.55 Crore.
Seeing the film fail in the theaters, there are more chances of the film being pulled from the theaters.
Directed by Rohit Dhawan, Shehzada is a remake of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo starring Allu Arjun. Apart from Kartik, the film also stars Kriti Sanon, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Roneeth Roy and Manisha Koirala in important roles.
Shehzada marks as Kartik Aaryan’s return to the big screen after delivering a blockbuster Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. The actor also made his debut as a producer with this film, reports JEE News.
