‘Murder, She Wrote’ Actress Angela Lansbury Dead at Age 96

British-born actress Angela Lansbury, whose career spanned eight decades and created indelible portraits of a wide range of characters from villains to sleuths and light-hearted comedies on film, stage and television, has died aged 96. Omar happened, his family said on Tuesday. In a statement

Academy Award winners Geoffrey Rush and Emma Thompson paid tribute to Lansbury at the ceremony. Rush hailed it as “the living definition of range”, while Thompson recalled throwing a pie at Lansbury while filming the 2005 comedy “Nanny McPhee”.
