London: Muslim League (N) supremo Nawaz Sharif’s secretary Rashid Nasrullah was attacked by unknown persons on his way to his office in the English capital, Geo.TV reported on Monday.

Nasrallah was attacked by a group of unidentified men in East London. He told Geo.TV that the attackers were armed with knives and daggers.

It is learned that the attackers instructed Nasrallah to stay away from Nawaz and break all ties with him. The attackers also abused Rashid, who said that no power in the world could keep him away from Nawaz.

“We are not afraid of their cheap tactics,” he said, adding that he had reported the incident to the police.

On Twitter, Rashid wrote, “Another day, bullying, another police report.”

“Imran Niazi’s group of goons threatened to kill me with a knife on my way to office,” he said, warning the PTI chief that he would stop his “badism”.

He further wrote that as for their [invaders] demand to withdraw from them, it can only be achieved by their death.

“Alhamdulillah, I’m fine!” He wrote on Twitter, “The police are investigating the incident.”

The incident took place a day after Information Minister Maryam Aurangzeb was manhandled by a group of PTI supporters at a coffee shop in London.
