Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is currently fighting a case against his wife Aaliya Siddiqui who has leveled several allegations against him.
After hearing all the allegations, Nawazuddin had filed an application against him. The case is currently pending in the Bombay High Court. So far no settlement has been reached between the two.
Nawaz’s representative lawyer Pradeep Thorat revealed that the actor could not find his children as they were missing from their schools in Dubai. This was the initial reason for filing the application.
According to the advocate, Siddiqui has not seen his children physically for so many days. If the court allows him to see his children, he will withdraw his request.
“That was the reason why a habeas corpus was filed. I am aware of the limited relief I can get in this petition. He has not seen his children physically. That is his limited concern. After that I will withdraw the petition.” Pradeep added.
On the other hand, Aaliya Siddiqui’s lawyer Shekhar Khandelwal claims that ‘my client is ready to settle the matter but when she is living with the children at the actor’s mother’s residence, how is it possible that she does not know about it? Where are they? He is very free to meet his children, he is the one who is not meeting them.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aaliya Siddiqui got embroiled in a legal battle as soon as they reached Mumbai from Dubai. As JEE News reports, the actor’s petition clearly states that his children were taken to Mumbai without his permission.
