Pak vs New Zealand 2nd ODI: Nawaz hits four to hurt New Zealand.

New Zealand once again lost the first wicket in the first over on Wednesday, as Naseem Shah struck early, with the Kiwis electing to bat first after winning the toss.

Pakistan won the first match easily and did not make any changes in the second ODI.

Despite losing the first wicket early, Kane Williamson and Dion Conway put on a fifty-run partnership in just seven overs. They were 54/1 in eight overs.

Dion Conway and Kane Williamson put on a century partnership for the second wicket which put the visitors in a strong position.

Conway completed his second ODI century, before Naseem Shah struck again and dismissed him for 101 off 92 balls.

New Zealand scored 196 runs for the loss of two wickets but then Mohammad Nawaz turned the game around by taking four wickets in just three overs.

He dismissed Daryl Mitchell for five and Tom Latham was lbw three balls later.

In his next over, Nawaz bowled Kiwi captain Kane Williamson for 85 runs on a beautiful ball.

Soon New Zealand had scored 206 runs for the loss of six wickets when Glenn Phillips was also dismissed by Nawaz for three runs.
