Turbat: A policeman was martyred and a woman constable was injured in a suicide blast in Balochistan’s Turbat district, JEE News reported on Saturday, quoting a senior official.
The deputy commissioner of Kech district said that the female suicide bomber blew herself up on Commissioner Road in the city. He further said that a security forces vehicle was also damaged in the blast. Chief Minister Balochistan Abdul Qudous Bizenjo has condemned the Turbat blast and said that the aim of the terrorists is to stop the development of the province. The Chief Minister said in a statement that terrorists will never succeed. He said that the provincial government will ensure the welfare of the people and will make efforts to end the backwardness of the province.
He further said that the determination and morale of the security forces cannot be lowered.
