Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday contacted Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani by telephone and congratulated him on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Adha.
The two leaders exchanged warm wishes and greetings on the auspicious occasion.
“Pakistan and Qatar have deep ties marked by shared faith, shared aspirations and values. Both countries will maintain multi-faceted relations involving cooperation in the fields of energy, food security, defence, labour, IT and trade.
Qatar hosts more than 250,000 Pakistanis, contributing to the development of both countries.
