Ranbir Kapoor is currently shooting for Animal and for shooting a hospital sequence, he was seen in a hospital in a rugged avatar that is quite similar to Shahid Kapoor’s character Kabir Singh. The film is directed by Sandeep Reddy Wanga.
In a clip shared on Twitter by a fan account, Ranbir is seen in a local hospital in Mumbai, where he is seen walking towards the elevator dressed in a hospital gown with a big beard. The tweet was captioned, “Animals loose in hospital #RanbirKapoor #SandeepReddyVanga.”

However, Sandeep clarified in an earlier interview that Ranbir’s character in ‘Animal’ is in no way similar to Kabir Singh. He said, “I don’t think Ranbir’s character is close to Kabir Singh. You won’t find any similarities in the characters but the violence is there. What both the films will have in common is that they are character driven stories.”
