Versatile Bollywood actor Satish Kaushik passed away at the age of 66 in Gurugram.
According to reports, the cause of his sudden death was a heart attack. The actor was going to Gurugram to meet someone. While he was traveling, his condition worsened in the car and he suffered a heart attack.
Currently, the body of the paper actor is at Fortis Hospital in Gurugram. After the post-mortem, the body will be brought to Mumbai for last rites.
Satish’s sudden death was also confirmed by his best friend actor Anupam Kher. He shared the shocking news on his Twitter account. He wrote in Hindi: “I know that “death is the last truth of this world!” But I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would write this about my best friend #SatishKaushik while alive. 45 Such a sudden full stop to the friendship of the year!! Life will never be the same without you Satish! Om Shanti!”

Both Anupam and Satish were friends at the National School of Drama and the Film and Television Institute of India.
The 66-year-old was known for his exceptional acting skills. Be it a serious role or a comic role. He has always brought life to roles and films. Some of his famous movies are: Deewana Mastana, Ram Lakhan, Chhatriwali, Saajan Chale Sasural. One of his most notable works was his role in Mr. India where he played the role of Calendar.
