PTI leader Shehbaz Gul filed an application in a local court in Islamabad on Saturday, seeking custody of his passport and other belongings.
He has been granted bail and his personal belongings are in police custody, the petition said.
His belongings include passport, green card, ATM card and mobile phone.
Magistrate Shoaib Akhtar issued notices to the police for September 20.

Gill was detained under several sections, including 124-A (mutiny), 131 (inciting mutiny, or attempting to distract a soldier, sailor or airman from his duty).
