According to a senior official, the police in Etihad Town area of Karachi have arrested a suspected commander of the banned outfit after an exchange of fire.
Kemar Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Fida Hussain told reporters that the terrorist commander was injured during the exchange of fire. He said that the police also recovered weapons and hand grenades from him.
Fida Hussain said that the terrorist commander was leading a ten-member gang and was involved in street crimes and robberies in various areas of Karachi including District West, District Central and District East.
