The trailer of “The Great Indian Family” was released on Tuesday, giving a glimpse of the upcoming film’s plot and characters.
Released on September 22, the film stars Vicky Kaushal as Bhajan Kumar, a singer popularly known as the “Undisputed King of Bhajans” in Balrampur.
The trailer begins with Bhajan Kumar’s narration, introducing his super traditional family. Manushi Chhillar is playing the role of his love interest. After the dance montage, a letter arrives claiming that Bhajan Kumar was born into a family of a different faith. His family distance themselves from him, and the story unfolds as he discovers his true identity and tries to win back their love and acceptance.
